biographical info
Fourfourteen is a collaborative effort between Miranda Clingwall and Jon Bentley. Their debut album, "Salesmen in the Livingroom", combines circuit-bent instruments, analog synths, retro samplers, and vintage computers to create ambient beat-based soundscapes.
Fourfourteen began as a circuit-bending project, inspired by the incredible spectrum of sounds that bent instruments are able to produce. Aside from the soloistic type playing of these instruments, Fourfourteen also utilizes glitched factory beats, as well as newly created beats generated from loading samplers with raw circuit bent sounds.
