."I have listened to Satellite probably 10 times or more and this is an absolutely killer track!" These are the words of Mike Anderson, Music Director at Edmonton's 96 X upon hearing the first single from Fear Zero.
Many of Canada's Music Directors concur with this statement, proven by the fact that the band's 2nd single, Sunday Morning, is now jumping up the charts and has crashed the top 40 in Canada. The band scored the #1 spot on Victoria's highest rated rock radio station 100.3 the Q with Sunday Morning, and that song has been added to rotation at several other major FM radio outlets.
Not metal, as the name Fear Zero might suggest, the name has more to do with a band philosophy than any musical elements. The name is a reminder for when things are tough."
With such a range of emotions on the album, Music Directors are listening and they like what they hear. Scott James, Music Director at 100.3 the Q in Victoria, BC said this upon hearing the debut CD by Fear Zero: "Some of the best stuff, both music and production-wise, to come out of North Vancouver since that Bryan Adams guy...killer songwriting." With accolades like this, Fear Zero may be one of Canada's music success stories in the not so distant future.
