Three Piece! Rock Triad! Threesome! A trinity of musicians on stage creating a collectively cohesive sound. It’s not important how you categorize it, the only aspect that’s imperative is how the experience was. DisasterMan’s live performances never fail in illuminating the Rock while keeping things moving with their ability to read the crowd and disperse appropriate vibrations via their vast catalog of original compositions. Influences such as James Brown, Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Black Sabbath, John Coltrane, Ween, Worldbeat, House, and Electro. Formed in the fall of 2003 by Winnipeggers Jason Eastwood and Colin Sykes with Vancouver Island native Jeremy Green, DisasterMan recently released their first full length album “Prepare to be Attacked” and have gigged extensively in Western Canada opening for acts including Spearhead, Sweatshop Union, Wild T and the Spirit, The Doors 21st Century, Eric Burden, and Josh Martinez.
