biographical info
Singer/Songwriter Brendan Flynn, originally from Almonte, Ontario, has made Ottawa his home since early 2004.
Already known in many musical circles, Flynn has taken to the Capital’s music scene in full force. His self-produced, debut solo album “Songs of Brendan Flynn” was released in 2007 and included accomplished artists Keith Glass (of Juno Award winning country act Prairie Oyster) and Dale Murray (of the Guthries, Cuff the Duke, Buck 65), as well as other notable Canadian musicians. Flynn has been filling local venues around Ottawa with his Roots-Rock sound, and regularly ventures out of town for small tours and festivals.
Holding on to a tight, consistent lineup for the past year and a half, Brendan Flynn and the Terrible Liars have crafted a crowd pleasing sound of their own.
The band's next full length, Sweater Weather, is available now at local stores and at terribleliars.com
