biographical info
Barfburn formed in a basement during the summer of 2001. After work or school we would go down to the basement and rock out, sometimes recording what we did on a 4-track. What you hear now is a result of those sessions. On our first album (all our albums are CD-R specials), our goal was to make as much noise and be as silly as possible. Our second album was insrumental wuss music. Our third, and most popular album, 'Softserve', introduced a new member who could play drums, and so resulted in a much more structured sound (yet no less rocking). Barfburn is not dead. In fact, we recorded some new stuff this past summer (2003) and are getting ready to hit the studio again for an extremely ambitious project that will rock you senseless.
