This is kind of embarrassing...but we had forgotten the password for our R3 site for the last 3 years. But we've now remembered.

Suffice to say, we apologies for the lack of updates in the last 36 months or so.

We've tried to lay low this year (no touring, just plugging away on our 2nd record)...but we've still managed to be blessed with some of our biggest shows ever.

Last month, we opened for Thrice and Kevin Devine @ Mac Hall. Nice guys. And just last weekend, we had the time of our lives playing this year's Calgary Folk Festival, where we workshopped with Dan Mangan, HoneyBear, Samantha Savage-Smith and Ox...not to mention meeting Annie Clark/St. Vincent (swoooon). Stars, Ohbijou, The Burning Hell, Cat Empire and Roberta Flack, Ian Tyson and a bunch of other amazing people were on the bill too.

We're spending the rest of the year plugging away at our record, but we hope to make a jaunt through Western Canada before the year is over.

It won't be long before we're all up in your grill again, Canada. Stay close!

2007 has been lovely to us, thanks in no small part the following folks:

Firstly, to the Mother Corporation.  In addition to airplay on several programs, CBC Radio One's 'The Key of A' recorded and broadcasted much of our set from our CD-release party The Cathedral Church of The Redeemer in Calgary this past fall. 

Also, Radio 3's Tariq Hussain chose 'Don't Be Alarmed (there's a carcass)' as a Track Of The Day last month, and told a really funny story about the time we went to a hockey game together. 

Oh, and Daybreak Alberta and The Key of A also chose 'Carcass' for an upcoming Best of 2007 show (if you're in Alberta, tune in to CBC Radio 1 between 8-9am on Saturday January 6th).

We'd also like to thank the various Earshot! radio stations that spun our records, and most especially those who've requested us on said radio stations.

A very special thank you to Luka Symons of CKUA radio for her lovely extended feature on 'Delusions of Safety' upon its release in the fall, and to Mark Hamilton, Danielle Suchet, Jesse Locke and several other wordsmiths for their kind treatments in print.

In short, we'd like to extend our thanks to the various media that helped put us in your ear.

But most especially, we'd like to thank the ears that loved us back by seeing a show, buying a record, or simply taking the time to listen.

Here's to making 2008 even greater, if that's possible.
