Hailing from the tiny fishing community of Hickman’s Harbour off the coast of Newfoundland, award-winning singer/songwriter Ashley Fayth flawlessly blends the traditional music of the outports with contemporary pop-folk sounds to create a vibrant, warm, and refreshingly quirky style.

Ashley’s songs are colourful stories set to feel-good rhythms and frustratingly catchy pop melodies, and are garnering

airplay and industry attention worldwide. Her new album’s first single, Peanut Butter, which picked up songwriting awards with both Universal Music and the Canadian Songwriters Association, is currently charting on college radio stations in America, and has also been featured alongside The Civil Wars and Los Lonely Boys on a compilation released by Inspire Entertainment in America.

BBC Radio 2’s Alex Lester called Ashley’s music “beautiful”, while Roadrunner Records founder Robert Singerman described her songs as “Pure, simple, clean, well-written, melodic, reaffirming, and personable, if not always intimate.”
