Hi to all you lovely people & welcome to our space here on CBC Radio webpage.
Although I consider Asak a halfway Canadian after 3 years of living with him, I realise he's not yet (but soon to be) a full fledged Canadian coming back to Montreal with me in less then a year.
I feel sad about England loosing his talent for about 30 seconds, then realise Eff it, if no one there bothered to consider his musical genious worthwhile, quite frankly, why should we feel they are worthwhile to care about their opinions?!
Ok that may be harsh as its not been that long since Asak's been seriously considering a career doing what he loves (song writing & producing) mostly due to my encouragement... I mean, my god, if a naked frog on a motor bike can hit number one for weeks, why not something inspired and original?! Sometimes it feels like the music industry has run out of ideas and has become one big recycling company with more flashy lights and glam.
In any case, here's his first 3 songs he's put on the net but he is currently working on 3 more in production stages which will hopefully be done in the next few weeks.months.
Please feel free to email with any comments or feeback, always good to recieve feedback from impartial sources as how else will it improve?
Thanks to all who have read our blog, may the force be with you ;)
