Wanted and on the run with guns raised and taking aim, APlotAgainstMe is rolling on down the darkest road to pump some hot lead into your ears. Delivering their unique blend of ambient rock and punk, APlotAgainstMe is arguably the most exciting new band in Canada.
New album 'DEUCE' was independently released Friday February 13, 2009 with radio single 'Leah Leave' leading the way. Heavy industry interest brought 3 time Grammy winner David Bottrill (Tool, Silverchair, Peter Gabriel), and Juno winner Vic Florencia (Danko Jones, Esthero) to the table to mix 'DEUCE'.
APlotAgainstMe was also fortunate enough to record a live single recently with Ian Thornley (Big Wreck/Thornley) called 'Swearengen'. The single, engineered by Eric Ratz (Billy Talent) and mixed by Vic Florencia was released at the same time as 'DEUCE'.
Sylvain Lavigne's powerful vocals and guitars will invade your senses and undoubtedly invoke a sing-a-along. Shawn Bradley twitches inside the ear canals with guitar sweat and record production skills while Dan Page provides the galloping low end. APlotAgainstMe have recruited what they thought was a bear but ended up being a talented animal skin beater. Mike Raymond is now taking over drum duties, so get ready to shake your booty.
