artist Annie Burch

Annie Burch is a nineteen-year-old ray of happiness and cynicism.  All of her songs are written from her head and mediocre piano skills.  She sang before she could talk, and picked up some piano along the way.  Her first album, "System Failure", consists of sixteen songs; fourteen of them written by herself and two of them collaborations with a very talented friend, Denique LeBlanc.  She likes to think that her music is relatable, because each song she writes has a personal story of hers behind it.  In her words,

"I write about opinions and other teenage bullshit. I try to be as honest about what I'm feeling as I can. There's a lot of hypocrisy (and overwhelmingly great things) in the world, and the only way I stay sane is by singing about them. Weird, huh?"

Annie feels extremely strange and somewhat pretentious writing about herself in the third person.  She would like to thank everyone who has supported her.  It means more than you will ever know.

Currently, she resides in Esterhazy, with friend and project member Remy Burton.  Tour dates for Annie and Remy are tentatively set for the end of July.
