A tsunami of aural delight. A powder keg of sonic nirvana. The ultimate union of harmony and melody. These are some of the words Ange Alero uses to so eloquently describe Hans Zimmer's genius in the great crescendo leading up to Mufasa's death in the Lion King. With an obvious love for life and an exhilarating breath of fresh air in the music scene, the self made Ange Alero has been deviously planning the rise from his bedroom for the past decade with diligent practice in songwriting and production. Ange writes, records, produces, and plays virtually every instrument except the super cool stuff like...anything but guitar and vocals.
He obtained a certification for Audio Engineering & Music Production at Okanagan College in 2007 and continued his education with two more certifications online in Advanced Mixing and Production through the acclaimed Audio Masterclass. In addition to feverishly working on the writing and recording of his debut album, he records and produces local Okanagan artists including Calvin Lechner (solo project, former drummer of Faber Drive), Home at Dawn, Victor Farkas, and Bitter Rhythm.
Some have been inclined to describe Ange Alero's music as an eclectic blend of edgy alternative rock, highlighting his abilities as a musical "master of disguise" by uniquely combing multiple genres but still maintaining that Alero sound. Until the tentative release date of Fall 2010 for the album, expect to be held in mega awesome suspense with regular updates and some cool super secret freebies. Peace and love!
