artist Andrekristopher

          AndreKristopher is a new Christian recording artist from Canada's nation's capital, Ottawa. His music is said to have a universal feel; still talking about God and the amazing things He's done in his life, but able to appeal to a much larger audience than just church-goers.

            AndreKristopher has sung with choirs and groups for over twenty years, with each song, experience and person preparing him for his latest project; his first solo album. Appropriately titled, Finally, the songs represent different periods in AndreKristopher's life. From the slow, haunting melody of Crying, that talks about realizing that we can't go it alone, to the upbeat, more rock feel of the first single off the album, Rise, which explains that even though we fall down, with God we will get up again.

            When he isn't singing, AndreKristopher heads off to Korea, where he's been teaching English and conversational English, for the past 5yrs. He also enjoys writing books, and teaches Cardio Hip Hop, and is a certified personal trainer.

            He sees his career in singing as being his second goal, while having a personal, close relationship with God as being the ultimate. "I really believe that I've been blessed, and I pray that I'm able to express in words the feelings that we all go through. There's a connection between people that we all too often leave behind. The album may not change the world, but if the emotions of the music can help at least one person, then I'll be completely satisfied."

All things have their time and place, and the release of Finally on July 19^th, was proof of that. The hard work has not only been beneficial and worthwhile, but AndreKristopher is ready for more. He is currently looking to be signed to a record label.
