artist Always Distracted

Always Distracted is an original pop/rock band from Pictou County, Nova Scotia. These young musicians are honing their craft every chance they get, working toward their big dreams. Keeping true to musicianship since Cassie and Luke banded together in October of 2008, they have homegrown their own sound, creating songs that express life's challenges at a level of maturity that exceeds all expectations.

Luke MacDonald(13) - (Vocals/Guitar) Luke's infectious personality comes across both on stage and off. He has spent his time performing in his hometown of Trenton, where he has gathered a supportive following.

Cassie Mann(15) - (Vocals/Bass) Coming from a musical family has given access to a variety of music genres that have inspired her talents. Skilled in a variety of stringed instruments, Cassie has found her calling playing the Bass.

Anthony Pellrine(15) - (Drums/Vocals) Anthony may be the most recent member to AD, but he has always supported the work Luke and Cassie were doing. When they saw this talented and busy drummer, they secretly wished he could be theirs, then one day they just asked him, and found the missing piece to their puzzle. Timing is everything.

Major accomplishments for the band last year were making the top 5 in the 2010 CBC School of Rock contest, performing at the New Glasgow Riverfront Jubilee and recording at Smashbox Studios in Dominion, NS.
