biographical info
Formed in 2005 in Vancouver by Greg Huff on vocals and bass and Chris Scuzz on guitar after the Lancasters had called it a day. They recruited young Matt Vogler from the Badamps to play Drums. An unfortunate finger snapping mishap caused Scuzz to switch from guitar to bass and the addition of Tobias as guitar player. Several months and as many shows later Chris moved to Victoria and Greg took over bass playing until Rob Horsman (Subway Thugs) accepted the invitation to join.
While each of the members of Alternate Action has his own particular likes and dislikes the one thing that knits the band together is a fondness for the sound of old school UK punk and Oi! from the late seventies to mid eighties. Some other common passions that they share is an ardent love of Beer, Perogies, and the great nation of Canada from whence they hail.
