Admiral Akiba is the brain child of international playboy, war hero, ex-mercenary and music superstar, Ray Bixon.
Much like Howard Hughes, Ray Bixon has avoided the public for a number of years. Having spent most of his youth at the forefront of music and culture until the mid-nineties when he disappeared almost entirely.
This latest endeavor was conceived, written, produced and recorded by Ray and he has handpicked the band members from over 300 applicants.
