Formed in the wintery months of early 2007, estranged high school chums
Tom and Joe reunited 5 years after their departure, on a whim of fate.
This coming after both had dropped out of university to pursue common
musical interests.
Inevitably, after a few failed attempts at lining up
a committed group of musicians to complete the band, they met up with
Adam Smith, a former child-star and recovering poppy-seed muffin
addict, and clicked immediately. Soon after, they began doing all the
things a proper band should do. They pretended they were awesome. They
pretended they were tight.
Eventually, they got tired of fucking around
and tried out a few drummers. In the latter wintery months of 2007,
they met and jammed (and eventually, even...dare I say it? No, is too
shameful...) with Mikey Friio, who became a fixture on the backbeat. And now things are gearing up, shows are being played, contacts made, exposure gained, etc etc etc... Stay tuned!
