biographical info

Actual Water is a musical group from Toronto, Ontario. They formed in 2007 when Price and Arthurs met while studying together at York University in Toronto; Siena DeCampo and Steven Manning joined the group later on. In 2008 they recorded and self-released their first record Double Negatives. In 2010 the group wrote and recorded The Paisley Orchard. Unfamiliar Records contacted the band about releasing it soon after they began distributing it themselves. Finally released officially on January 23rd 2012, the well-recieved album is inspired by pop music, and is the band's attempt to replicate the sounds they were exposed to during their adolescence. The group also released their first 7" featuring the songs "She's a Priest" and "Latoya"in January 2012 on Plastic Idol Records.
