biographical info
In Spring 2004, the band began a mission to crack into some local bars to develop an electrifying stage show – no doubt led by Jagger-like singer Daniel Concolino – and also, to have that setting as the prime way to showcase their original material. Throughout the Summer, AM Glory worked their way into steady bookings at both bar shows and charity events. The buzz that was created by the band brought them into the studio in Autumn to record two of their pieces. “Alien” and “Breathe” were used both as Demos, and to upload onto their MySpace site (www.myspace.com/amglory) to thank their online community for their support. Since that time, the band’s fan base has grown exponentially and their songs have been downloaded over 14,000 times! AM Glory is continually attracting their online community to their live shows to prove the effectiveness of their networking skills.
The clarity that AM Glory has in their song writing and communication is no fluke considering three of the members have known each other since birth. Concolino’s cousin, bassist Anthony Scaringi, is an accomplished pianist and son of a piano instructor. His other cousin, lead guitarist James Antonio, has studied piano and guitar for over 10 years. These three have come a long way from their early connection to join the notoriously energetic guitarist Michael Nicoletti, and hard-hitting drummer Matt Scarfone. The sound and tightness of AM Glory reflects these close bonds of family and friendship.
