A E was formed one year ago, by two brothers who showed love and dedication to the rap game. Jazz Turka (yung Turk) and Harpreet Turka (young flawless) were pulled to the game like the earth to the sun. Since they were little kids they loved listening to rap and hip-hop and showed interest in only this genre. As they grew older so did their love for music. Both mc's persued rap and started writting at a young age in their pass time. About one and a half year ago both mc's started recording in studio's across the city, trying to find their flow and fire. Jazz was pulled more towards the grimy underground getting his inspiration from artists such as gucci mane, nas and shyne. While Harpreet was pulled more towards hip-hop getting his lyrical insite from artists such as hova, dr.dre and snoop dog. After finally finding their true styles and techniques these two brothers decided to blend their unique sound and the outcome was Alterego (A E). "The main reason i want to get into this game is because im seeing these rappers rep canada, and while some of them are reppin, their not doing it big. I wanna get out their and put out music everyone will feel and connect with. I don't want money and fame, im hear to get love and support. I wanna show this country and everyone else that we still got home grown talent waitin tah blow....
