After the demise of RevSoul's former band, 'Nein CREED', a door opened. A chance to try some other styles and experiment with new technology. 273 Blocks Over came to be. One part experimentation, one part danceability, and one part humour (one should never take themselves too seriously). 'These songs were concocted in order to dance to, trip out to, or just groove along to! Any thinking processes that come about are purely coincidental!'
Main players in the band are: RevSoul - instigator/musician, Sir William - player/cohort , and sometimes Steve Bissonnette - guitarist/really nice guy. The music is anything but easy to describe: a little dance, a little rave, a little drum'n'bass, a little industrial, a little rock, and little bit hiphop. From uptempo dance/metal crossover songs like 'Sumbuddy Say', to groovy atmospheric hiphop, 'Bored With Film', the message is clear, 273 B.O. want to be your party CD.
