As a musician Tom is in high demand and leads his own band The Dardanelles to national and international acclaim. Tom began hosting Deep Roots while still a folklore student at Memorial University and recently became full-time host of CBC Radio 2 Morning. He likes a good cup of tea and thinks that the world just needs more Bluegrass.
