My Grandparents Delcie and John (Memaw and Poppa) have been married for over 50 years... their anniversary is April Fools day, and if you know my Poppa that is quite appropriate. I'd love to dedicate the song April Fool by Patti Smith to them because they are everything to me and my family. It's the least I can do. Love Brianne

To my dearest Jane, partner, best friend, love of my life.

FYI: last april Jane took me on the trip of my lifetime. Everest base camp. A dream I have had all my life and a trip I will NEVER forget. For every milestone our group picked a song we would listen to. At Everest Base Camp we picked, Paradise by Cold Play, sang and danced along. Everytime we hear this song now it takes us back to base camp. Thanks again Janie for an amazing gift. Happy valentine day. with all the love in my heart- Sylvie

I would like to dedicate the song "Photograph" by Blue Rodeo to my beautiful wife of 10 years. We met in Montreal, and the line "She was walking nowhere down the main" always reminds me of when we met. She is the love of my life and that is her favorite album. Love you babe! Happy Valentine's Day. We listen to the morning show every morning before getting the kids ready for school and heading off to work. Keep up the good work!

Hi Tom bower, I heard on your morning show that you are taking requests for valentines day. I not only wanted to request a song but tell you what I consider to be a beautiful story very suiting for this day. Two years ago, I met a girl through a dating website. I guess we were both looking for love, but were unsuccessful until we connected. We hit it off immediately writing to each other for two weeks before finally meeting at a local restaurant for supper. We have been inseparable since. Last year I took her to the same restaurant and the same both that we met in. I gave her a hardcover book that I had made, containing every email we ever wrote to each other. At the end of the book, one final e-mail that she never read till then, asking her to marry me. As she looked up, I was already on one knee. We were married one month ago, and our playlist was derived from all the songs that we fell in love with from waking up to CBC in the the morning. Something that she has introduced me too, and is a tradition that we have embraced ever since. We would like to hear the song we chose to walk down the aisle to, somewhere over the rainbow by Israel kamakawiwo'ole. We listen to the show every morning from 6:30 -7:00 as we wake up. Hello, i would love to dedicate the song "a woman like you" from Johnny Reid to my wife, Isabel Baez, we have been together for 4 years and i think i have never come up with such original idea like this. i hope you guys can broadcast the song and let her know that i still love her like when i fisrt saw her.

I would like to dedicate a song to my husband, Cristi. We drive to work in separate cars, but at the same time, both listening to radio 2. We'll talk about what we've heard when we get home at night, and our little girl likes to groove along in her carseat when we pick her up from daycare.

I'd like to dedicate "Ho Hey" by the Lumineers to my valentine. Cris, I know this is your favourite song on radio 2 right now, you love this song, our girl loves to sing along, you even did it with your special needs students in your music class. Thank goodness you're big on music, but not so much on lyrics . . . to the rest of the listening public, I know it's not really about "us" and "valentines day" . . . I just know he really loves the song. :)

I would like to dedicate 'I will wait' by Mumford and Sons to my true love, Kim, who waited for me. I have never been happier since I took the leap to be with her and this song, with its rockin' banjo has been our favourite to wake up to on CBC Radio 2 mornings.
