All right book club, it’s time to transition. Today we say goodbye to January’s book, Cadillac Couches by Sophie B Watson, and hello to February’s book, Too Much Trouble: A Very Oral History of Danko Jones by Stuart Berman. You can win one of five copies of this Danko Jones book right here. See below for instructions.

First though, an interview with Watson about Cadillac Couches. Thanks to your participation, I had some interesting conversation starters and questions for her about the book. We Skyped on Tuesday, me in Ontario, her in Dublin, Ireland, and got to the bottom of some stuff.

Was Isobel pregnant? Is she actually a good influence on Annie? Are these characters and events based on actual things that happened in Edmonton in the '90s? Why is Hawksley Workman so swoon-worthy? These questions and more are answered right here:

So, there you have it. What do you make of Watson’s take on our questions about the book? Do you have any final thoughts to share about it? If so, please do so below.

UPDATE: I just called Hawksley Workman and asked him for his thoughts on this book. Here's what he had to say about Cadillac Couches:

I have five copies of February's book to offer to the first people (not employed by the CBC) who can answer skill-testing questions below. But where are the questions you ask? They’ll be appearing throughout the day today. I just have to think of them.

If I tell you that you had a winning post below, please send your name (real and blog), mailing address and winning answer/question to rock@cbc.ca with “Danko Jones is an AC/DC cover band” in the subject line.
