Special mention to Kate Liu for her Handel Variations and Prokofiev 2nd concerto in the final, I enjoyed them both.

Jayson's Beethoven was meaningful to me, a great performance as was Ullman's Tchaikovsky.

My most favourite concerto was Annika Treutler's Prokofiev 3rd. I loved her interpretation, it was tremendous.

Many thanks to Scott Tresham, CBCMusic & Espace for such excellent coverage, it was a blast.
