I always appear to do that. However, it is much worse to bike to work in the rain that biking home.

Very true, but I'm less concerned about getting wet than I am about the road getting slick/slippery.

Maybe you can use it as an excuse to leave early. During my masters, if the weather was going to get bad for my bike ride home, I just left early.

That's definitely a possibility, but the rain is supposed to start around noon and that would be a pretty short day.

Just watched your video on the website: great job! Lovely voice and entertaining video. When are you playing in Toronto next?

I've got some tenative plans to do a few dates around southern Ontario at some point in April with a band from Toronto. Which is great because I don't have wheels of my own, which is why I sadly don't get around as much as I'd like. I'll push to get Hamilton on our route!

That being said, I might be heading up to Toronto for the weekend of March 3, so I'm hoping to book/join a show as soon as the trip is confirmed!

A little while back, folks were saying I should make some merch with hearts printed on them, like the dress in my music video. I'm going to be doing an online arts & crafts show in the spring, and I'm thinking of making a few tote bags painted with hearts to sell! And I'm wondering what you guys think!

I'll either paint hearts all over the bag, or maybe do just a row along the bottom. I probably won't put my name anywhere on it (unless you think that's a good idea?). I realize this is more for the ladies, I don't know how many guys will carry around a bag with hearts on it.

seriously though: you should include your name somewhere. (promotion).  and since guys are less likely to buy bags, so dont worry about them.  sell them CD's instead!

Some guys may carry a tote bag with hearts on it. Just make sure there isn't a human heart in the bag. That's always a terrible surprise.

You're right about the booze. All the tracks that were played this week are hung on the wall of the CBC R3 office and Jijou, drunk on fermented goat's milk, throws darts carved from the finger bones of Buddy Holly himself. They are imbued with the magical ability to pick out the best tracks available.

C.: not the same, but a hancrafted stamp would give MUCH faster results.

Otherwise, there may be local options for custom embroidery.  They use these computer controlled sewing machines, that are linked together and can do like 10 at a time, in tandem!
