So I guess my reign as best co-host is over..... :( Bummer.

Anyway! I'm looking forward to this show and actually might get to hear most, if not all, of it! Woo! I've never listened to R2 morning or Deep Roots but I will change this... someday... When I own a car or something.

There's a pretty big tradition of either keeping melodies and changing lyrics - or vice versa - in oral tradition. Either way I'll check the CD later. And if there's no reference to Hank, I'll burn their house down.

funny story, met jim in the TO airport as we were oth on our way to California, and recognized him and had a big chat (we had been tweeting earlier that day about possible airport holdups we wanted to avoid..then he happened to sit next to me while waiting for the flight)... didn't even realize who KE was and she was sat next us all along as well. :/

Any tips on Regina?  I'm going to be there for a few days this spring/summer.  I was there for a few days a few years ago, and don't feel I figured it out well enough to know what to do.

have you guys noticed that soda pop is entirely different?like glass bottles taste best, followed by cans, followed by plastic bottles, followed by fountain.I would actually debate which tastes better fountain or plastic bottles - as both can really suck.if they mixed up the recipe of the fountain pop it REALLY sucks, if not it can be good. But plastic bottles consistently suck.

nope... wynnzie got it though.  From what I understand from beer enthusiasts, no light or air should touch the beverage until it is to be consumed.  Even bottled or canned beer needs to be poured into a glass to get the true full taste of the beverage.
