Bahamas sophomore album, Barchords, is Radio 3's Album of the Week, which means you get to hear the album in its entirety plus read great content about the making and thoughts of Afie Jurvanen. Today Afie takes us on a musical tour of Toronto and lets us know what's playing on his iPod.

1. Who are 5 Toronto artists that you are listening to right now? Or from the past year?
Doug Paisley, Snowblink, The Weather Station, Daniel Romano, Jennifer Castle.

2. What makes you excited about music these days?
All of the above mentioned artists get me pretty excited about music. It's nice to be a small part of a community here in Toronto. Making quiet music is where it's at for me.

3. What Canadian albums are you looking forward to in 2012?
Daniel Romano, Doug Paisley, Zeus. Friends of mine, new and old, and all making really great music.

4. What gets the most play on your iPod or stereo?
Other than Willie Nelson? See above...also, someone gave me a great album that I thought was Peter Gabriel. Turns out it's Bon Iver. I realize I'm coming to it a little late, but that's a great recording.
