Anticipation is rising for the new Crystal Castles album which is set to be released this summer. Pitchfork reported yesterday that the band has released a new video for their track "Suffocation" from 2010. You can watch it over at the Vs. Magazine site.  The article states that the band is calling it “a "fashion video," and it features Alice Glass pouting and moping around an abandoned mansion wearing all kinds of haute couture. Glass' Crystal Castles partner Ethan Kath directed.”

Today sees a remix of that track surface by the Los Angeles dance punk band HEALTH. It’s in keeping with the previous remixes HEALTH has done for Crystal Castles like Crimewave, where the track is taken down to its base elements and reworked with beats and looping electronics.
