Flipping the bird, the middle finger salute, the wanker, the toss off: There are countless names and countless gestures that people deem offensive.
On Sunday night, British rapper MIA apparently deeply offended "millions of American families" by very, VERY briefly flying her left middle digit during the Super Bowl Halftime show.
