Good things are coming in fours for several of Canada's big name musical acts as Drake, City and Colour, Hedley, Dan Mangan and Nickelback all received a quartet of nods as this year's nominees for the 2012 Juno Awards nominations were announced Tuesday morning.

A few other familiar faces also made the nomination lists, as both Michael Buble and Justin Bieber were nominated for their recent Christmas records in the category of Best Album of The Year.

The Juno list, which was presented at a media event at Toronto's Design Exchange,  also featured many new acts, including Hey Rosetta!, The Sheepdogs, Braids, Mother Mother, Diamond Rings, The Rural Alberta Advantage and JRDN were among the 99 Canadian acts to get first-time Juno nods.

The 2012 Juno Awards will take place at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa. Hosted by William Shatner, the ceremony will feature performances by Feist, City and Colour, deadmau5, Blue Rodeo, Nickelback and Hedley.
