In 2008 the Constantines went to Austin to play at SXSW music festival and Radio 3 was there to capture the show for posterity. The band was on the cusp of releasing Kensington Heights, its first release on Arts & Crafts, and a very lucky crowd got to hear a preview of some of the songs.
The band played some soon-to-be classics, including "Trans Canada", "Shower of Stones", and "Brother Run Them Down".
