Canadian music icons the Tragically Hip are celebrating the Oct. 2 release of their 12th LP, Now for Plan A, by opening up a storefront in Kensington Market. In fact, they’re taking over Supermarket, a restaurant/music venue located at 268 Augusta Ave. until Wednesday, Oct. 3.

“We will be opening up shop starting at 12 p.m. every day, so come on by,” the Hip said in a statement. “We’ll have our new record and exclusive merch available, and will be performing mini sets throughout the day. Make sure you come early for a chance to catch us live, and hang with us after.”

The band will also stream a live performance of the new record on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 9 p.m. ET on their website and at the livestream site. An audio stream will be available on Sirius/XM channel 151.
