Did anyone once say "a movie is the
window to the soul"? If not, I'm coining it now.
It seems that Derek Christoff, aka
D-Sisive, is saying many things about himself when he gushes about Anvil! The Story
of Anvil, but he's taken it that one step further and written a song about
the film, the watching of which he describes as one of his most moving experiences last year.
Derek has a lot of things to say about
Anvil the band, Anvil! the movie, and his many musical influences. In fact there was
just so much that I decided to bring you this interview in two parts.
If you're anything like me, you'll wish
you could just hang out with Mr. D-Sisive and talk movies. I should have told
him I didn’t much care for Avatar. I wonder what he would have made of that bit
of information?
