Just
when I thought I was all unique, it seems I’ve had my thunder stolen by Christopher Lee.
You may
have missed it over the holidays, but my debut Extended Play podcast came out
and it also included my first foray into songwriting and singing. Truly, I had
no idea I had a song in me. But then that’s just what the distinguished British
actor said announcing his new album of "symphonic metal."
Turns
out Lee is related to Emperor Charlemagne and he is going to sing all about
that on Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross, to be released on March
15. You can hear samples before then and sing along to lines like “I shed the blood
of Saxon men.”
I do no such thing in my song, but I am related to a lot of
people who have left Christmas to the last minute but made it all seem special
nonetheless. Thus my song "Drugstore Christmas."
If you haven’t heard the song, here it is.

The second
Extended Play came out today, but no singing, at least from me.
