Although it doesn't have Sunday in it's title, I think The Commodores/Lionel Ritchie's "Easy" is probably one of the most perfect Sunday songs.
True it's got that classic 70's theme "i gotta leave you, babe," but that chorus, oh that chorus. Who hasn't found themselves laying around singing "I'm easy like Sunday morning"?
