Everyone in a band has a different way of defining success. But if someone asked me I would say that you have really “made it” if you have created a sound that is instantly recognizable.

One such success story is Dog Day. The Halifax quartet has been steadily creating moody, low fi rock numbers that are equally dramatic and laid back. If that doesn’t quite make sense, it will once you listen to their song “Oh Dead Life” from the 2007 release Night Group.
