Drake denies everything, Lady Gaga won't be reading this, and Katy Perry in Paris

Drake has taken the Shaggy defence in a lawsuit over his song “Marvin's Room,” denying everything Erika Lee is claiming in court documents. Lee, who is the voice on the other end of the phone conversation that frames the song, is claiming Drake agreed to split royalties with her while they were in a relationship earlier, while Drake is all, like, “No.”

Meanwhile, under biting the hand that feeds you: Lady Gaga, whose more-or-less entire career is based on manipulating the media, is swearing off the press entirely, or so she tells Oprah. Since we can be reasonably sure she won't be reading this, then, allow me to say that I heard all her furniture is made of stuffed cats, and “Poker Face” was a cheap cash-in on a fading trend.

And, proving she's our generation's most versatile artist: Katy Perry covered a track from Kanye West and Jay-Z's Watch the Throne for the BBC.
