Turbo Recordings, run by veteran producer Tiga, ushers in a new era with the release of New Jack Techno. The 10-track album, out on June 18, features 10 exclusive tracks by emerging Toronto talents Gingy & Bordello, Nautiluss and Milano, Hotflush associate Locked Groove, London newcomer J Tijn, rising Scottish stars Clouds and Sei A, and U.K. super-producer Duke Dumont.
The record offers a glimpse into where the label is planning to go this year, focusing on acts with a modern bass-influenced dance sound while keeping in touch with Turbo’s original '90s techno spirit.
